This past weekend, PPG sent over 1,000 PPG employees to the St. Jude’s Ranch for Children to volunteer to help paint, caulk, and beautify the huge ranch that does so much for those battling cancer and other diseases.
The St. Jude’s Ranch for Children – Texas (SJRC) cares for children and families who have been affected by trauma, abuse and neglect. They provide a safe-haven and offer help and hope to children in need.
PPG donated the labor and all the coatings needed to help the St. Jude’s Ranch for Children. PPG also hired a crew to prepare many of the buildings on the ranch, so they were ready to be painted before the volunteers arrived. Through multiple partnering vendors, such as Intex DIY, PPG was able to collect a vast array of donations, such as wiping cloths, brushes, and materials, enough to complete the work at hand.
